A Brief Rambling

And so the hours sped crazily forward, the second hands spinning, revolving faster than the earth itself.

Only this strange occurrence did not touch them in their ship. Time slowed and they were unaware of the mysterious happenings outside of the small world they created for themselves.

The weightlessness, ah the sheer joy of defying a law they could not escape had they been elsewhere. He grinned and shouted "Watch me" to the girl across the room. He floated to the ground, held his hands poised above his head, and leapt straight to the ceiling, curving his spine and body backwards inches before bumping against the smooth surface.

He hurtled down, down, spinning in reverse somersaults, absolute happiness coloring his face.

She newrly gasped when she saw how close he came to the ceiling, but clapped her hands when she saw his deft flips. He landed on the floor, slightly dizzy, and stepped forward a few paces to regain his balance.

She ran, as quickly as one can do in zero G, jumped, and flipped in the air three times, landing just in front of him. He steadied her with his hands on her waist. Then, taking her hand in his, he flew to the next room, the room with the transparent walls through which the moon and planets shone and illuminated their faces.
