Exceedingly More, A Psalm
25 July 2001, at 10:15 p.m.

Beautify my soul with the poetry of your own,
You've drawn me to you with the intensity of your love,
You whisper words into my heart that pull at the cords deep within.
I love you for that, I love you for all you are.

You exceed my imagination,
I could drown in your depths.
I catch my breath at the purity and passion of your desire for me.
A glance from your eyes is all I can bear.
Your beauty overwhelms me, I nearly lose my balance
So in love with you am I.

Can I jump into you, crawl through your veins, immerse myself in your being?
Can I run with you, hand in hand, until we fly above the wind?

You are beautiful and your very being draws me unwaveringly to you.
I cannot stand, lay, sit, or breathe without thinking of you and desiring to be with you.
You mean more to me than my own breath itself.
May I never cease loving and extolling you.

Yes, you exceed my imagination,
You are grander than even I can conceive.
You gave me words, words that I love.

I tell you I love you, and you say you love me more.
